Review
This is a single Notion database with a title and a done checkbox. Adding a task is typing a sentence, which is the whole point. It will feel too thin the week you want dashboards, and that thinness is why it survives. If you need projects, dates, and areas on day one, pick a bigger system instead of decorating this one.
What holds up
- Duplicating it takes a few minutes
- There is nowhere to hide a task except the title
- The done checkbox is the only status
Where it breaks
- It has no opinion about dates or projects
- People abandon it by upgrading it into a second brain
