Review
Capture is fast, the interface stays quiet, and you can ignore most of the structure. It is Apple-only and paid, so it is not a universal recommendation. The risk is a someday list that becomes a second inbox. It will not nag you into a review, which is both the kindness and the hole.
What holds up
- Quick entry from the keyboard and the share sheet
- Areas and projects can wait until you want them
- The visual noise stays low on a bad day
Where it breaks
- Apple platforms only
- A long Anytime list can rot without a review habit
