Review
A lighter take on Tiago Forte's PARA: four buckets and a rule that an item can live unsorted for a week. It is still a filing system, and filing is the friction. The unsorted inbox is the friendly part, and the template keeps inviting you to sort it. Sorting feels like relief for some people and like homework for everyone else.
What holds up
- The unsorted box is an honest waiting room
- Four buckets are easier to remember than a custom taxonomy
- You can see the method in one page
Where it breaks
- Capture still ends in a where does this go decision
- The weekly sort is easy to postpone forever
