Review
Magic ToDo is the useful part: paste a blob of dread and get smaller steps. There is almost nothing to set up. It is a breakdown tool, not a home for your tasks, so the list evaporates unless you move it somewhere. People open it when they are stuck and forget it exists the rest of the week.
What holds up
- No account required for the basic breakdown
- The spicy tone estimator is optional and ignorable
- It meets you at the stuck task, not at a blank planner
Where it breaks
- The steps have nowhere permanent to live
- Easy to treat as a one-off tab instead of a practice
