Review
Natural-language dates and quick add are genuinely low friction, including from a phone share sheet. The free plan is enough to learn whether you will use it. Lists still rot. The app will not save you from four hundred tasks named reply, and the karma points do not make a review happen.
What holds up
- Typing a task with a date is one sentence
- Shared projects exist when you actually need them
- The free plan is enough for a real trial
Where it breaks
- An inbox of vague tasks feels productive and is not
- Boards, filters, and labels invite a setup spiral
